Upper Kinnaird Fly Fishing

Here's some fight footage from Michael Austen's fine salmon which he landed yesterday. This is the neck of the Rock Pool on Upper Kinnaird which is a superb salmon lie and also first class fly water.

Here's delighted Scott Lines after 10 minutes in the neck of the Upper Kinnaird Rock Pool this morning. This perfect 5 lbs grilse took the 'Copperass' fly. This was also Scott's second ever day on the Tay with the fly rod so very well done indeed.

Here's delighted Michael Austen with the result of his first day's salmon fishing. This perfect grilse of 5 lbs took the 'Copperass' fly in the prolific Rock Pool neck. Exceptionally well done Michael who also mastered the double & single Spey cast earlier today.

Speycasting River Tay

Here's delighted Alan Metcalfe with 2 beautiful salmon of 5 & 13 lbs caught from the Ash Trees Pool on Lower Kinnaird yesterday. This was Alan's first day salmon fishing and both fish took the 'Copperass' fly within 2 hours of a successful Speycasting lesson.
