Here's Roy Parker with a 12 pounder taken from the boat in Harvester Flats this afternoon. The Upper Kinnaird beat offers a fascinating range of salmon fishing and holds salmon and in all water heights.

Upper Kinnaird Beat Success

Here's the results of 45 minutes on the Upper Kinnaird Beat this morning for Dirk Kleyweg with a 13 lbs, 9 lbs & 5 lbs fish all in rapid succession. Very well done Dirk. The Upper Kinnaird salmon fishing beat is a fascinating composition of fly, spinning, harling & trolling water.

The Rock Pool Upper Kinnaird

Here's John Macmillan playing his first ever salmon in the Rock Pool on Upper Kinnaird yesterday afternoon. This pool offers one of the most potent fly fishing hot spots on the entire River Tay.

Here's John Macmillan from the USA with the results of a day (today) on our Upper Kinnaird Beat. This fresh run grilse of 5 lbs took the 'Copperass' fly in the Rock Pool and this salmon of 8 lbs took a trolled rapala below the fishing hut. Both fish were returned to the Tay.
